Terms of Service - HideU: Calculator Lock

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using HideU: Calculator Lock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.

2. Description of Service

HideU provides a secure, hidden environment for your files, disguised as a calculator. Services include file encryption, hidden media viewing, a private browser, and application locking features.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your digital PIN.
Backing up your data. We are NOT responsible for data lost due to device failure, app uninstallation, or forgotten passwords.
Ensuring your use of the app complies with local laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HideU (including but not limited to the "Calculator" disguise concept, UI design, and code) are the exclusive property of Smart Utils Dev Team and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use HideU for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to hack, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the application's security features.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Utils Dev Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including data loss or security breaches.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the application at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Smart Utils Dev Team is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
